Interviewer: Would you recommend for someone who is trying sushi for the first time? Angela Chan: Well, for first time. I would highly recommend the California roll. Why?--- well, first of all if you are less adventurous well let us not get in to whole serious of raw fish and all the ingredients in the California roll are cooked. Interviewer: So what is in this California roll? Angela Chan: Okay, on the outer layer we have seaweed and then inner layer we have rice and we have a piece of avocado, a piece of Pollack which is fake crab meat, some fried eggs, and some fish roll which is caviar. Interviewer: And what are the other items on your plate? Angela Chan: Okay, the other items. Well, let me first take off that decorative parsley. What we see here is the red one is pickled ginger it is a bit sour and then the green one is Wasabi which is Japanese ground horseradish. This is quite spicy but this actually more pungent and so if you not very adventurous, I would recommend you just to put a small amount on your sushi, spread it all over like this. Then, you are going to put the tiny piece of pickled ginger over it. And then you can dip the whole thing in soy sauce. Now habitually, it is a good idea to put the entire piece of sushi in your mouth, so that you can enjoy all the flavors, all blended together. So well, today I am not going to eat it in public with the whole piece in my mouth,
