Welcome to Body Rock TV in today’s episode I am going to show you how you can make your own home made protein shake and so this is how I do my protein shake. I use one banana, in banana there is not just protein but also lot of potassium which is really important for your nervous system then I have one egg then I put it into shake and two scoops of peanut butter, peanut butter is really rich for protein. It also makes the protein shake really filling. Finally one glass of milk, skimmed milk because in the day, you have the high quality protein the V protein and then this protein shake this home made protein shake has about 30 grams of protein. For me and I am exercising a lot for me more than enough, if you are a guy who is exercising a lot and you weight 100 kilos you would probably need two of that down a day one in the morning one after the exercise or in the night before you go to sleep.
