  3. Entertainment. Jobs included in the entertainment category are lounge performers, musicians, disc jockeys, production manager and sound and light technicians. You could also opt to be a part of the regular cruise staff, whose primary duties would be to attend to the passengers and facilitate cruise ship activities, such as games, tournaments, social interaction nights, etc. To be qualified for this line, you should have had previous relevant experience, along with excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English. Other relevant jobs under this category are Youth Activities Coordinator, whose duties are geared towards children, fitness instructors, and golf instructors. Monthly salary ranges for this category are from about $1,500 to $3,000. Guest entertainers have the highest salary range ($4,000 to $17,000 monthly); their job is to give a 40 to 50 minute show to the passengers.
