Garlic mushrooms

A quick and easy side dish is garlic mushrooms.

To make garlic mushrooms you will need

1 clove of garlic.
3 ozs Butter.
8 - 10 evenly sized mushrooms.

Melt the butter in a small dish (microwave is fine). Finely chop the garlic and add to the butter.

Peel/wash the mushrooms and if there a little bit too big cut them in half.

Add the mushrooms to the garlic butter and with a spoon spread the butter over the mushrooms.

Place in the oven (wherever they will fit) and cook on a medium heat for about 10 minutes. Transfer immediately to the plate before serving.

As an extra if your doing peas/boiled potatoes, pour the remaining garlic butter over them before serving.
