How To Make Curried Tuna

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
2 cups milk
2 cans tuna
1 can (13 1/4 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup toasted, slivered almonds
Directions:
In 3qt saucepan melt butter. Add curry.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook on stovetop until smooth.
Remove from heat. Add milk.
Heat to boiling. Boil and stir for one minute.
Add tuna, pineapple, celery and almonds.
Heat and serve over rice.
Required Tools:
3 quart sauce pan
