Ingredients:
4 oz dried yellow noodles
1 onion (sliced)
3 tbsp oil
1 lb minced pork
½ cup oyster sauce
¼ cup green onions (chopped)
1 head bak choy (chopped)
2 tsp white pepper
Directions:
Soak the yellow noodles in cold water to soften.
In a medium sized saucepan, sautee the onions in oil until brown.
Once brown, remove onions from pan and discard leaving the oil in saucepan.
Add mince pork and oyster sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Let simmer while preparing noodles and bak choy.
Boil water in a pot. Cook noodles in the water until al dente.
Then boil the vegetables for about 2 minutes until tender.
Serve hot mince meat sauce over noodles and bak choy.
Quick Tips:
Add shitake mushrooms to the dish for a robust flavor.
Yellow noodles can be replaced with Ramen-type noodle.
Use mince chicken instead of pork if you prefer.
