How To Make Chicken Vegetable Soup


  • 6 cups water
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 potato (diced)
  • 2 stalks celery (sliced)
  • 2 tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups cooked white rice



  1. Put water in a large pot and bring to boil.

  2. Add next five ingredients and turn fire down to low heat.

  3. Cook with the lid closed for about three hours.

  4. Remove chicken breasts from the soup and tear into strips.

  5. Toss chicken strips back into the soup.

  6. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Serve hot over white rice.
