Ingredients:
- ½ tsp instant dashi granules
- 1 ½ tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin or sweet rice wine
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (finely chopped)
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. In a medium sized bowl, dissolve dashi granules with hot water.
2. Whisk in remaining ingredients until incorporated.
