How To Make Garlic Mashed Potatos


  • 8 large red potatoes
  • ¼ cup (or 4 tbsp) butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • salt and pepper


1. Boil potatoes in hot water for about 20 minutes until soft.

2. Once boiled, remove potatoes from water, and place in a large bowl.

3. Add butter, milk, garlic and seasoning, then mash all ingredients with a potato masher.
