How To Make Tuna Sald

Ingredients:
2 6oz cans tuna packed in water (drained)
¼ red onion (minced)
½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tbsp parsley (chopped)
¼ cup mayonnaise
freshly grounded black pepper
1 tbsp capers
Directions:
In a bowl, mash together tuna, onions, lemon juice and parsley.
Add mayonnaise, and season with pepper.
Sprinkle capers over mixture and stir to combine.
Quick Tips:
Soak red onions in warm water for about 5 minutes to remove sharp onion taste.
