How to Make Costa del Sol Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
3 cups fresh spinach, cleaned throughly
¼ of a large garlic clove, minced
¼ of a large red pepper, sliced into thin stripes
2 tbsp sweet onion, minced
½ large fuji apple, diced into 1 cubic cm
½ cup of raisins
2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of sugar
3 tbsp of red garlic vinegar
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp of dijonnaise
Directions:
Toss everything altogether into the bowl and, without breaking the spinach leaves, gently fold until uniformly mixed.
Required Tools:
Cleaver or cutting knife
Cutting board
Salad bowl
Salad spoon or tongs
Quick Tips:
Recipe is ideal for dinner, to accompany warm seafood-based dishes.
Serves 2; increase amount of ingredients proportionally for more servings.
